The growth of the online food delivery market during the last 5 years has changed consumer behavior and disrupted the industry. This evolution triggered our own internal evolution from a traditional delivery restaurant in 2009 to a multi-brand virtual restaurant group. This early adaptation has allowed us to specialize and become market leaders in the virtual restaurant industry in the GCC.

In Kuwait, our cloud kitchen business model is vertically integrated which means we manage all functions in- house, from the creation and development of a virtual brand to the kitchen operations and finally the delivery of the food to the customer. We have a department for each function and all of these departments work closely together to ensure that our cloud kitchens are always operating efficiently throughout the year.

 

 

Having the ability to create brands across a variety of cuisines allows us to strategically choose cuisines that support each other within one kitchen, fully utilizing the infrastructure and team throughout the day. Since the majority of our cloud kitchens operate for 24hrs, we have different brands that cater to customers throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner allowing us to operate at optimal capacity. This flexibility and complete optimization of a cloud kitchen business is what differentiates us in the industry.
